EEH Online Services temporarily suspended
From this weekend (3 February 2024) access to the EastendHomes 'Do It Online' service will be temporarily suspended.
We recognise that this may cause an inconvenience and apologise for this disruption. The suspension is necessary for us to upgrade the service onto new servers, with improved cybersecurity. (For the avoidance of doubt, there has been no security breach on the current system, we simply need to make sure that we maintain up-to-date security measures to continue to protect your data). In addition, when it returns for the first time our leaseholders will have the option to use the online service as well as our tenants.
While the service is unavailable you are reminded that you can contact us - https://www.eastendhomes.net/contact-us - via telephone, email, or visiting our local offices during opening hours.
All registered users who have logged on in the past year should also have received an email advising them of this suspension.
