John Henderson (Chief Executive)

John has focussed his professional career in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, building extensive experience across a diverse range of services from homeless persons to estate management, as well as leading on a multi-agency housing strategy.  

Prior to joining EastendHomes as the Director of Housing he was Tower Hamlets' Housing Service Area Manager for Bow and North Poplar.

John became EastendHomes Chief Executive in 2021. He is a firm believer in the value of local housing management and the benefits this brings for EastendHomes residents and the wider community.
