The Resident Scrutiny Panel
The role of the EastendHomes Resident Scrutiny Panel is to offer an independent view on EastendHomes' performance, particularly with reference to your service provision.
The Scrutiny Panel is formed of tenants and leaseholders who put themselves forward to play a role in examining performance. The panel is independent of EastendHomes' governance arrangements.
The Panel has a Code of Conduct [pdf] 95KB for members and a clear Terms of Reference [pdf] 102KB. The Panel's key aims are:
- To work on behalf of EeH residents to ensure that EeH provides services of the highest standard.
- To monitor and challenge service delivery against local offers/service standards, and to work to hold the EeH Board to account.
