New homes just in time for Christmas
What better way to end the year than to move into a new home? Earlier in November we welcomed eight local families into their brand new homes on the Glamis Estate in Shadwell.
Enmore Apartments, located just off the Highway, has been built in partnership with developers Telford Homes.
Each flat is unique and has designed to be either completely accessible or to accommodate families. There are eight flats in total including four large family homes.
They are all great sizes, have outdoor spaces or large balconies and are kept safe by a secure door entrance system.
In keeping with EastendHomes' commitment to build homes for local people, each flat is rented out at a genuinely affordable social rent.
The feedback from those who have moved in has been positive. Ricardo Gury (pictured) said: “We feel so at home in our new flat. It’s so much better than where we lived before. Once we had the keys we just couldn’t wait to move in. It’s a nice early Christmas present and a great start to 2017.”
