Welcome to our new website
EastendHomes is pleased to launch our new website, which aims to be a way to provide our residents and stakeholders with access to information and services. We would like to thank residents for their patience whilst we have made the transition from our previous site.
The new site has a simplified design and structure which is aimed to make it easier for users to find information - plus an integrated search function at the top of every page.
New features include:
- A new landing page for each neighbourhood, including estate maps and lists of upcoming local events
- A calendar of events taking place on EastendHomes estates, such as our estate inspections and rents or lettings surgeries
- Optimisation of site for viewing on mobile and tablet devices
- Integrated translation of the site into a wide range of languages, including Bengali and Somali
Over the coming months we will be introducing further features to the site, including the ability for our tenants and leaseholders to access some services online. This will include checking your balance and printable rent/service charge statements; updating your household details; and reviewing a history of repairs raised during your tenancy. This will build on existing services such as the ability to make online payment of rent or service charges through our payment partners Allpay.
