EEH estates are Clean, Safe and Green
In September 2014 EastendHomes received the results of an accreditation process conducted by Keep Britain Tidy known as their ‘Cleaner Safer Greener Neighbourhood Quality Mark’. This is an assessment of the work carried out by EastendHomes, local residents and partner organisations to keep our estates Clean, Safe and Green.
Following site visits in July, at which Keep Britain Tidy’s assessors toured our estates and met with staff members and local residents, the assessors decided that all of our estates met the ‘Performer’ level of the accreditation. This standard means that EastendHomes is "a housing provider who is clearly working to make their neighbourhood cleaner, safer and greener. Improvements [are] obvious and you will have made a visible difference in the community."
