EastendHomes provides more genuinely affordable new homes
EastendHomes are delighted to provide 4 new homes in Limehouse. The new properties, in Boulcott Street near Limehouse station, are being let to local people on the Tower Hamlets Common Housing Register.
The rents for the new homes will social rents.
EastendHomes is proud to have built nearly 300 new homes since 2005, all of which have been let at social rent levels. The four new homes consist of a 1 bed; a 2 bed and two 3 bed homes with two of the new homes being specially adapted to support families with specific needs.
The Chair of EastendHomes, Janet Seward, said: ‘We are delighted to be able to continue to provide truly affordable homes for the people of Tower Hamlets and look forward to providing many more in the future’.
