Maureen McEleney has had a long career in housing including housing strategy, housing regeneration and development as well as housing management. She has held a number of senior management roles including Director of Housing for Tower Hamlets and interim Chief Executive of Tower Hamlets Homes.

Maureen is a freelance Housing Consultant and interim manager, and current work includes creating closer links between housing, health and social care, reviewing sheltered housing provision in south Essex, and developing new tenant participation structures.

Maureen is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. She also holds a CQSW qualification with a degree in Social Policy.
